2. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry draws up and issues certificates of origin of form A according to the procedures established by the General preferential system which the goods coming from the Republic of Moldova in case of their export to the European Economic Community and other states, providing to the goods coming from the Republic of Moldova, the preferential tariffs according to National schemes and also certificates and licenses when exporting textile products to member countries of the European Union based on the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Moldova on trade in textile products of January 31, 1997 use.
3. The certificate of origin of goods, and also licenses when exporting textile products are issued by Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the region of commodity export according to the written application of the exporter or his legal representative.
4. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry draws up and issues certificates of origin of goods for a fee which size shall not exceed costs of the rendered services.
