ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About approval of the list of separate types of goods, works, the services which are purchased from public associations of persons with disability of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) the organizations created by the public associations of the persons with disability of the Republic of Kazakhstan making and (or) delivering goods, performing works, rendering services, and recognition which voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to Item 3 of article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public procurements" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed list of separate types of goods, works, the services which are purchased from public associations of persons with disability of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) the organizations created by public associations of the persons with disability of the Republic of Kazakhstan making and (or) delivering goods, performing works, rendering services.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016 and is subject to official publication.
