1. Bring the following amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 16, 2001 No. 1074 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2001, No. 29, the Art. 376):

in Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

to add functions of central office of Item 16 with subitems 11-4) and 11-5) of the following content:

"11-4) develops rules of preparation for peacekeeping transaction, and also will organize their execution;

11-5) develops and approves the plan of preparation for peacekeeping transaction;";

2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29.12.2018 No. 936

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
