About modification and amendments in article 14 of the Law on acts of civil status No. 100-XV of April 26, 2001

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In article 14 of the Law on acts of civil status No. 100-XV of April 26, 2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 97-99, 765), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and addition:

in part (the words "The Service of Civil Status Is under Supervision of the Ministry of Justice." to exclude 1);
