I DECIDE:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Special qualification requirements to managerial state positions of the case "A";

2) Rules of selection in personnel reserve of classified public service of the case "A";

3) Rules of forming of personnel reserve of classified public service of the case "A";

4) Rules of carrying out tender on occupation of managerial state position of the case "A".

2. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2016 and is subject to official publication.

These Special qualification requirements to managerial state positions of the case "A" (further – Special qualification requirements) are developed according to Item 3 of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015 "About public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and are shown to the citizens applying for occupation of managerial state positions of the case "A".
