3. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, state bodies in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the necessary measures following from this Decree.

4. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.

5. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2016 and is subject to official publication.
