About modification of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. column 5 of subitem 1.1.9 of Item 1.1 of the list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations for petitions from citizens, No. 200 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2010 "About the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations for petitions from citizens" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 119, 1/11590), to state in the following edition:
"1 month from the date of filing of application, and in case of the conclusion the citizen of the service provision agreement on carrying out independent assessment of market value of premises - 2 months";
1.2. subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 13, 2014 No. 524 "About privatization of premises of the state housing stock" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 15.11. 1/15399) to state 2014, in the following edition:
"1.4. in case of disagreement of the citizen performing privatization of premises, with the estimated value of the privatized premises determined according to the procedure, established by acts of the housing legislation, in the prices operating on the date of filing of application about privatization of premises he has the right before decision making about privatization of premises, and also during its action if the purchase and sale agreement of this room is notarially not certified to address for carrying out independent assessment of market value of the privatized premises in one of the organizations specified in subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 13, 2006 to No. 615 "About estimative activities in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 168, 1/7999).
