About approval of the Maritime Code of the Republic of Moldova
In pursuance of the Law on transport No. 1194-XIII of May 21, 1997 the Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. - Approve the Maritime Code of the Republic of Moldova attached to this Law and which is its integral part.
