About reorganization of republican public institutions of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize by transformation republican public institutions of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state state companies of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the companies) according to appendix.

2. Determine:

1) authorized body of the corresponding industry concerning the companies the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the companies activities in the field of culture.

3. To provide to the Ministry for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of charters of the companies;

2) state registration of the companies in judicial authorities;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
