About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on the market of oil products No. 461-XV of July 30, 2001 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 76, of the Art. 342), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and additions:

1. Add Article 2 with concepts of the following content:

"Argus – the quotation for the liquefied gas according to Argus International LPG in terms of national currency (lei);

Platts – the quotation for main types of oil products according to European Marketscan in terms of national currency (lei);

specific trade margin – the amount of profit and the expenses connected with import and realization of main types of oil products and the liquefied gas (including transport costs and insurance of oil products in the territory of other states, collection for implementation of customs procedures and payment for emission of pollutants), expected 1 liter of oil product;

the import permit of diesel fuel – the allowing document issued by National regulation agency in power, certifying the right of the agricultural producer registered as the legal entity to perform import of diesel fuel for own consumption in fuel quality for the equipment, transport or agricultural machinery used directly in agricultural activities;

the certificate of conformity – the document issued by the Main state inspectorate for technical supervision of hazardous production facilities to the agricultural producer requesting provision of the right to the import of diesel fuel for own consumption confirming its capability to perform the activities concerning hazardous production facilities".

2. In Article 4:

in part (words "by coordinating with the Government" to exclude 2);

parts (3) and (to state 4) in the following edition:

"(3) the Prices of retail sale of main types of oil products and the liquefied gas are calculated on 1 liter by each type of product according to Methodology of calculation and use of prices of oil products which is based on the following components:

a) average size of average quotations:
