About the State committee on cases of defense of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About defense and Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
- Regulations on the State committee on cases of defense of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
- the scheme of management of the State committee on cases of defense of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
2. To the state committee on cases of defense of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the measures following from this resolution.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 22, 2014 No. 271.
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
