Some questions of provision of housing for the military personnel and other citizens
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for determination of the size and provision by the serviceman and to members of their families of monetary compensation for the premises ought to them for obtaining which is applied.
2. Determine that provision by the serviceman and to members of their families of monetary compensation for the premises ought to them for obtaining is performed within the means provided in the government budget.
The Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of development of communities, territories and infrastructure, Administration of the State Border Service, Security service, prospecting bodies, National guard, Management of the state protection, the State space agency and Administration of Public service of special communication and information security determine annually within budget settings for provision of housing for the military personnel for the corresponding fiscal year expenses on provision of monetary compensation for premises, proper to obtaining by the military personnel and members of their families, and Public service by emergency situations - expenses on provision of monetary compensation for proper to obtaining by persons discharged from military service in inventory or in resignation on age, the state of health and in connection with staff reduction or holding other organizational actions and members of their families premises.
3. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
4. To the Ministry of Defence, other central executive bodies which perform management of the military forming formed according to the laws of Ukraine, law enforcement agencies of special purpose to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
