1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 980 "Questions of the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 129, 5/22713; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.03.2015, 5/40308) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in appendix to the Regulations on the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
3, of 4, of 7, of 42, 46 and 54 to exclude Items;
add appendix with Items 55 and 56 of the following content:
"55. Promagroleasing open joint stock company, Minsk.
56. Mogilev Plant Strommashina. open joint stock company;
1.2. 2, of the 3 and 6 list of the state organizations subordinated to the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus, approved by this resolution to exclude Items.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
