About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 12, 2015 "About the state audit and financial control" I DECIDE:

1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - changes and amendments).

2. This Decree becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for:

1) the subitem 3) Item 15 of the Regulations on Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget which is reworded as follows according to appendix to changes and amendments (further - the Provision) which becomes effective since January 1, 2020;

2) the subitem 9) Provision Item 15 which becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
