1. "13. Promotion of candidates for akims is performed by the akim of the area (city) on alternative basis (that is at least two candidates for the akim's position) after approval of meeting of local community.

Approval of meeting of local community can be carried out from the moment of calling of an election by the relevant district (city) electoral commission.";

add with Item 61-1 of the following content:

"61-1. The question of dismissal of the akim can be initiated by meeting of local community.".
