1. Approve the Plan of internal migration of the population from land-poor and densely mountainous areas to the valleys of the republic having laylands for 2016 - 2018 (further - the Plan) it (is applied).

2. To provide to the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan together with local executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, cities, areas and the relevant ministries and departments timely accomplishment of the Plan.

3. To chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, cities and areas of the republic:

- provide resettlement of internal migrants on new residences according to approved lists of the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan during 2016 - 2018;

- annually till November 1 in accordance with the established procedure to determine new places of resettlement of internal migrants and till March 1 of the next year to complete preparatory activities on resettlement according to the Plan;

- annually till November 1 to represent the master plan of new residences of migrants taking into account necessary infrastructure and inzhenernokommunikatsionny sistemama to the relevant ministries and departments.
