For the purpose of timely carrying out spring and field works in the republic and according to Article 378 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- provide to the subjects of foreign economic activity performing import to the Republic of Tajikistan of diesel fuel, mineral fertilizers and agricultural chemicals according to future and forward transactions, delay for a period of 6 months on customs duty payment and the value added tax which are subject to charge from January 1 to May 1, 2005 according to the list of these subjects in the amounts and types of products specified in appendix;
- grant delay on condition of provision to customs authorities of Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan providing customs payment according to the procedure provided by Chapter 46 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. To Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- take measures for indisputable collection of the amounts of delay according to requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan from the date of the delay expiration;
- provide control over target use of imported goods.
3. Enact this resolution since January 1, 2005.
