1. Create State commission on implementation of the moratorium on checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship in spheres of production.

2. Approve Structure and Regulations on State commission on implementation of the moratorium on checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship in spheres of production (appendices 1 and 2).

3. To provide to the ministries and departments, authorized state inspection bodies and local executive bodies of the government accomplishment of this resolution.
