About approval of the Regulations on procedure for the organization and payment for food in stationary treatment and prevention facilities of system of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan
In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 29, 2015 "About approval of the Concept and the Package of measures for providing healthy food of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2015 - 2020" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. 251:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the organization and payment for food in stationary treatment and prevention facilities of system of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. To provide to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries, departments, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas, areas and cities the organization of high-quality clinical nutrition for persons (patients) who are on treatment in stationary treatment and prevention facilities of system of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appointments of doctors and health regulations, regulations and hygienic standard rates.
3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
