About approval of the Program of recovery of hydrometeorological stations and hydrological posts of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2007 - 2016
According to article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About hydrometeorological activities" for the purpose of creation of effective system of hydrometeorological monitoring and observations of the environment, improvement of quality of hydrometeorological services, accomplishment of the obligations following from international treaties, development of system of forecasting methods of the spontaneous hydrometeorological phenomena and climate evaluation and climatic changes, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the Program of recovery of hydrometeorological stations and hydrological posts of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2007 - 2016 it (is applied).
2. To the state committee of environmental protection and forestry of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the State committee on protection of Frontier of the Republic of Tajikistan, chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the cities and areas to take necessary measures for the purpose of implementation of this program.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan for the purpose of program implementation of recovery of hydrometeorological stations and hydrological posts of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2007 - 2016 to provide necessary means in the government budget for the State committee of environmental protection and forestry of the Republic of Tajikistan.
