About approval of lists of works

In pursuance of the Law on quality in construction No. 721-XIII of February 2, 1996. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 25, the Art. 259), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Law No. 129 of July 11, 2014. "About modification and amendments in some legal acts" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, to Art. No. 223-230 493) and for the purpose of enhancement of regulation of works on designing and construction of buildings, engineering constructions, to reconstruction, strengthening, the restorations practiced based on the license I ORDER:

1. Approve:

a) the list of project works by all types of structures, town planning, technical constructions and networks, works on reconstruction, restoration which accomplishment requires receipt of the license, according to appendix 1;

b) the list of works on construction of buildings and (or) engineering constructions, technical constructions and networks, to reconstruction, strengthening, restorations which accomplishment requires receipt of the license, according to appendix 2.

2. The certificates on certification of specialists issued to the approved this order remain in force before the expiration of their action.

3. To provide to head department of architecture, construction and housing publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. Repeal the order of the Agency of construction and development of the territory No. 1 of June 15, 2006 and the order of the Ministry of construction and development of the territory No. 79 of November 28, 2008.
