About creation of Open joint-stock holding company "Aviation Company of Tajikistan"

1. Create Open joint-stock holding company "Aviation Company of Tajikistan".

2. Assign to Open joint-stock holding company "Aviation Company of Tajikistan" the right of operational management by the state blocks of shares of open joint stock companies according to appendix.

3. To the ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop drafts of the Charter, the Provision and structure of the Supervisory board of Open joint-stock holding company "Aviation Company of Tajikistan" and to provide in accordance with the established procedure to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. No. 250 to make the following changes and additions to the List of the companies, organizations and other organizations of system of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 6, 2011:

- add with the new paragraph of the following content:

- "Open joint-stock holding company "Aviation Company of Tajikistan";

- exclude the following paragraphs:
