About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2010 No. 230

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2010 No. 230 "Questions of import, export and wholesale trade by alcohol cognac and fruit" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010., No. 16, Art. 750; 2011, No. 61, Art. 2436, No. 101, Art. 3709) following changes:
in the name and the paragraph the second Item 1 of the resolution of the word "alcohol cognac and fruit" shall be replaced with words "alcohol cognac (including distillates in the form of the main and residual fraction) and alcohol fruit";
according to the procedure of maintaining the register of the subjects of managing performing wholesale trade by alcohol cognac and fruit based on the license for production of cognac and alcoholic beverages on cognac technology, approved by the specified resolution:
in the name and Item 1 of the Procedure for the word "alcohol cognac and fruit" shall be replaced with words "alcohol cognac (including distillates in the form of the main and residual fraction) and alcohol fruit";
in the text of the Procedure to replace the word "GNS" with the word "GFS".
