4. To public institution "Center of project implementation "Ensuring stability of river basin of Pyandzh to climate changes" in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop and approve structure, the staff list and expense budget on content of the Center.

5. To allocate to the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan the necessary area for placement of the Center.
