Interaction of the Manager with Registrars is performed on the basis of the bilateral agreement.
1. Registration and delegation of Domains is made for legal entities and physical persons of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also legal entities and physical persons of foreign states.
2. Legal entities and physical persons of the Republic of Tajikistan, in disputable situations, have priority on registration and delegation of Domains with other things being equal.
3. The number of the Domains registered by the same legal entity or physical person is not limited.
4. The application for registration of the Domain is submitted through the Registrar.
5. The request for registration of the Domain shall correspond to sample (Appendix 1) and can move in paper and electronic option on Tajik, Russian or English.
