About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in appendix to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2008 No. 349 "About criteria of reference of economic and other activity which makes harmful effects on the environment, to ecologically dangerous activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 157, 1/9825) of change and amendments, having been reworded as follows it it (is applied).

2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
