According to article 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. import to the Republic of Belarus because of limits of single customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of separate types of the products from gypsum classified by codes 6809 11 000 0 and 6809 19 000 0 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - products from gypsum), in case of their room under customs procedures of release for internal consumption and free customs zone is performed under the one-time licenses granted by the Ministry of Trade in coordination with the Ministry of Architecture according to the procedure, similar by the established Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union) taking into account the features specified in this resolution *;
