For the purpose of cultural development raising on new high-quality level, and according to article 17 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides ensuring effective activities of all organizations and industries of culture, and also welfare structures, revival and productive use of cultural heritage:

1. Approve the Concept of cultural development of the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant state bodies for the purpose of practical implementation of the Concept of cultural development of the Republic of Tajikistan to constitute the special Program and each six months to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan information on the course of its accomplishment.

3. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform financing of implementation of this concept within amount of the funds allocated annually for the state support of culture and also with attraction of grants and non-budgetary sources.

All this creates favorable conditions for development of modern Tajik culture, improvement of welfare and leisure activities of the population.
