According to the subitem 2) of Article 15 of the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015 the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Determine the sizes of social benefit by temporary disability according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016 and is subject to official publication.

The sizes of social benefit on temporary disability

1. The size of social benefit (further - benefit) workers, the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, veterans equated on privileges to veterans of the Great Patriotic War and combat veterans in the territory of other states except for working is determined by temporary disability by multiplication of its average day earnings by quantity of the working days falling on the period of temporary disability.

The size of average day earnings of the worker is determined at the rate of its average salary estimated according to Item 3 of Article 114 of the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015.
