In paragraph three of item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for conducting examination of goods (results of the performed works, the rendered services), accuracy of the information about goods (works, services), the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of January 14, 2009 No. 26 "About some questions of consumer protection" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 31, 5/29207), words "activities for rendering legal services with indication of constituting licensed service type of activity - judicial and expert activities" shall be replaced with words "judicial and expert activities".
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2016.
