About entering of amendment into the Regulations on procedure for realization of automotor-vehicles and real estate in case of execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies

To add Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for realization of automotor-vehicles and the real estate in case of execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 31, 2006 No. PP-458, with part three of the following content:

"If on biddings the residental real estate located in the city of Tashkent or the Tashkent region in them is exposed it is direct or through the representative only physical persons having permanent registration respectively in the city of Tashkent or the Tashkent region can take part".

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoev and the first deputy of the Counselor of state of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. Kokanbayev.
