About approval of the Program for development and entering into Legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan of drafts of the laws in 2016
For the purpose of ensuring forecasting and planning of legislative activities of the Government, and also the organization of bill activities of state bodies the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve the Program for development and entering into Legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan of drafts of the laws in 2016 (further - the Program) according to appendix.
2. To deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, managers of information analysis departments of the Cabinet of Ministers:
in two weeks together with the state bodies determined as the main contractors by project development of the laws included in the Program (further - drafts of the laws), in coordination with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to approve scheduled plans of their development;
provide high-quality preparation and timely entering by the supervised state bodies into the Cabinet of Ministers of drafts of the laws.
3. To provide to heads of the state bodies determined as the main contractors by project development of the laws:
development of the laws of direct action, having provided specific mechanisms of their realization;
quality of the prepared analytical materials, including on studying of the international documents and legislations of foreign countries, legislations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and law-enforcement practice, and also justification of offers on the acceptability of the corresponding foreign experience in conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
timely consideration and approval in accordance with the established procedure drafts of the laws, the organization and carrying out their efficient public and professional discussion and examination with attraction of wide range of scientists, highly qualified specialists, experts and institutes of civil society.
