For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About compulsory insurance of premises from the fire and natural disasters", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
- Provisional rules of compulsory insurance of premises from the fire and natural disasters according to appendix 1;
- the minimum sizes of insurance sum and rate of insurance premium on compulsory insurance of premises from the fire and natural disasters according to appendix 2;
- Method of calculation of the amount of insurance indemnity on compulsory insurance of premises from the fire and natural disasters according to appendix 3;
- Regulations on procedure for information exchange of state bodies and other organizations in system of compulsory insurance of premises from the fire and natural disasters according to appendix 4.
2. To public service of regulation and supervision of the financial market under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to develop the regulatory legal acts following from this resolution.
3. Establish effective period of Provisional rules of compulsory insurance of premises from the fire and natural disasters till February 1, 2017.
