Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 20, 2014 No. 236 "About approval of qualification requirements to specialized training centers in the field of fire safety on preparation, retraining and advanced training of specialists of non-state fire services" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts on June 11, 2014 9502, published in information system of law of Ad_let on June 17, 2014, in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of July 23, 2014 No. 141 (27762)).
3. To provide to committee on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order, its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;
3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican Center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
