"The restriction provided by this Item is not applied since January 1, 2016 to the maximum amount of monthly cash cover (salary) added by the serviceman, to faces of the private and the commanding structure and workers of Armed Forces, National guard, military prosecutor's offices, the SSU, Service of foreign intelligence, Gosspetssvyaz, State frontier service, State special transservice, GPTS, GSChS, Management of the state protection.".
