About approval of the Charter of the Tajik academy of agricultural sciences

3. To perform financing of the Tajik academy of agricultural sciences at the expense of means of the Republican budget and other means, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. Permit the Tajik academy of agricultural sciences to have one vice-president and to set limit of official cars in number of 2 units.

5. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 31, 2006 No. 70.
