The parties agreed about prolongation of term of use of lands Republic of Kazakhstan in the territory of the Republic Kyrgyzstan and the Republic Kyrgyzstan in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan till January 1, 1996 with step-by-step and their complete return to the specified term to use of the owner.
Question of further prolongation of term of use of the skotoprogonny route by farms of the Jambyl region of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the territory of the Talas region of the Republic Kyrgyzstan to consider and solve in accordance with the established procedure after January 1, 1996.
The parties agreed that return of lands from farms of areas of the Republic Kyrgyzstan to the areas of the Republic of Kazakhstan and from farms of areas to areas of the Republic of Republic of Kazakhstan Kyrgyzstan was performed according to the schedule according to the appendix N 1.
The parties agreed that acceptance of the returned lands is drawn up by acts of the working commissions formed by the corresponding heads of regional administrations after obligatory reduction of land grounds in the condition suitable for their use on purpose.
The parties agreed transfer of structures and constructions on the returned lands to make at the arrangement prices.
