About approval of forms of acts of the state inspector of work

According to item 4 of Article 195 of the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015 I ORDER:

1. Approve forms of acts of the state inspector of work:

1) the instruction about elimination of violations of requirements of the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the instruction about payment of the salary by the employer according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the instruction about carrying out scheduled maintenance on safety and labor protection on production facilities and the equipment, and also in production processes for prevention of origin injury-causing and emergencies according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the instruction about suspension (prohibition) of activities of separate productions, workshops, sites, workplaces and operation of the equipment, mechanisms or activities in general according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) the protocol on administrative offense according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) the resolution on the case of administrative offense according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) the resolution on suit abatement on administrative offense according to appendix 7 to this order;

8) the conclusion of the state inspector of work according to appendix 8 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of work, social protection and migration of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
