1. Create Project management center of development of municipal (utility) infrastructure in the Republic of Tajikistan.

Determine the executive agency of this State unitary enterprise Project "Hochagiya kommunala manziliya.

2. Approve the enclosed Charter of Project management center of development of municipal (utility) infrastructure in the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. To allocate to the state management committee with state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan the 4th floor of the State unitary enterprise "Hochagiya kommunala manziliya" the Republic of Tajikistan, N. Karabayev located in the city of Dushanbe down the street 56, as contribution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, for placement of Project management center of development of municipal (utility) infrastructure in the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. To project management center of development of municipal (utility) infrastructure in the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and the World Bank to develop and approve structure, the staff list and expense budget on content of the office of Project management center of development of municipal (utility) infrastructure in the Republic of Tajikistan.
