About creation of Public institution "Project management center "Development of Livestock Production and Pastures"

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of 31.01.2015 No. 45)

According to Articles 52 and 132 of the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan and for the purpose of project implementation "Development of livestock production and pastures", the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Create Public institution "Project management center "Development of Livestock Production and Pastures" and approve its Charter it (is applied).

2. To determine the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan the executive agency of this project.

3. To allocate to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan, the necessary building for placement of Public institution "Project management center "Development of Livestock Production and Pastures".

4. To public institution "Project management center "Development of Livestock Production and Pastures" in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and International Fund for Agricultural Development to develop and approve the staff list and expense budget.
