1. To state Item 16 of the Regulations on the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution in the following edition:
"16. In case of the address of the citizen concerning issue or replacement of the passport at the place of residence the passport is drawn up to it in 10-day time from the date of adoption of documents by territorial authority of the Federal Migration Service.
In case of the appeal of the citizen to territorial authority of the Federal Migration Service concerning issue or replacement of the passport not at the place of residence, and also in connection with its loss (stealing) if the lost (stolen) passport was issued by other territorial authority of the Federal Migration Service, the passport is drawn up in 30-day time from the date of adoption of documents by territorial authority of the Federal Migration Service.
