About modification of the Regulations on electronic money in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 40, of 56, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment systems and money transfer in Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of normative legal regulation of the activities connected with use of electronic money, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on electronic money in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 04, 2010 No. 481, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 24, 2010 on No. 1336/18631 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Chapter 6:

in the paragraph the second Item 1, Items 3-5, 8 of the word of "international payment system" shall be replaced with words "payment system";

in paragraph ten of Item 2 of the word of "international payment systems" shall be replaced with words "payment systems";

Chapter 8 to add 2) with new Item of the following content:

"3. The user - the physical person has the right to receive from nonresidents electronic money issued by the nonresident issuer provided that the international system of Internet calculations provides repayment of this electronic money by money transfer into the account of the user - physical person in resident bank".
