About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state non-profit organizations"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 19, 2009

Article 1. Item 1 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state non-profit organizations" of October 23, 2001 to add ZR-248 (further - the Law) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"According to the decision of the founder of power of the state authorized body as the delegated powers, can be transferred to the head of community or other body.".

Article 2. "Fund" to add Item 1 of article 24 of the Law after the word with words ", and also community-based non-profit organization".

Article 3. Add the law with Article 25.1 of the following content:

"Article 25.1. Alienation of powers of the founder of the state organization

1. According to the decision of the founder of the state organization its powers can be delegated to community.

2. The state organization transferred to community will be reorganized into community-based non-profit organization.".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective from the next day after official publication.
