1. Make additions and change to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Ministry of Finance and the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month to develop and approve Regulations on procedure for accumulation on the special account of the Central fulfillment bureau of the Health-3 project under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Central bureau) parts of means from realization of iodized salt.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan system monitoring of quality, production, storage, import and realization of iodized salt, and also efficiency of actions for prevention of iodine-deficiency diseases.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to establish constant control behind target use of the accumulated means on the special account of the Central bureau provided for purchase of micronutrients and content of Group of program implementation of enrichment of food products of the Central bureau.

5. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramova.

The amendments and change brought in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 23, 2010 No. 260 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About prevention of mikronutriyentny insufficiency among the population" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, No. 47, the Art. 428):

a) add with Item of 31 following contents:

"31. Determine that:

the initial purchase of the micronutrients necessary for salt iodination is performed at the expense of the accumulated means from realization of the enriched wheat flour I of grade;

supply of micronutrients to the companies making iodized salt is performed without advance payment, with the subsequent transfer of part of proceeds from sales of iodized salt by them into the special account of the Central fulfillment bureau of the Health-3 project under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the amount of, equivalent to the cost of micronutrients, for ensuring their subsequent purchase";

b) declare Item 7 invalid.

2. Item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 14, 2013 No. 129 "About additional measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About prevention of mikronutriyentny insufficiency among the population" (2013, Art. No. 20 255) after the words "Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 2106 90 980 3" to add collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the words "and 2829 90 800 0".
