1. General provisions

1.1. Public institution "Center of Islamic studies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan" (further - the Center) is the public research, information, analytical, expert and advisory institution submitting directly to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

1.2. Founder of the Center is the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

1.3. The form of legal education of the Center is determined on basis provision of Article 132 of the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan as the state company.

1.4. The center is legal entity, has seal with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan and stamp with the name in state language, separate balance, special personal account. The center is financed from the government budget and other financial sources which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
