According to article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About migration" and for the purpose of the organization and regulation of processes of labor migration of foreign citizens to the Republic of Tajikistan I decide:
1. Establish quota of immigration and attraction of foreign labor power to the Republic of Tajikistan for 2016 in number of 8000 (eight thousand) people according to appendices 1 and 2.
2. The foreign citizens performing labor activity in priority and large-scale industry, investment projects on the basis of interstate or intergovernmental acts and also the foreign specialists involved for work in freely economic zones of the Republic of Tajikistan do not enter this quota.
