About some questions of implementation of public procurements at the public associations of disabled people of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the organizations created by public associations of disabled people of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to Item 3 of article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2015 "About public procurements" I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the list of public associations of disabled people of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the organizations created by public associations of the disabled people of the Republic of Kazakhstan making goods and (or) delivering goods, performing works, rendering services;

2) Rules of inclusion in the list of public associations of disabled people of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the organizations created by public associations of the disabled people of the Republic of Kazakhstan making goods and (or) delivering goods, performing works, rendering services.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2015 No. 99 "About some questions of implementation of public procurements at the public associations of disabled people of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the organizations created by public associations of disabled people of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 11248, published in information system of law of Ad_let on June 22, 2015).

3. To provide to social services department of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhakupova S. K.

5. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2016 and is subject to official publication.
