About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 770 of October 20, 1994.

Based on part (3) article 6 of the Law on the state company No. 146-XIII of June 16, 1994 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 2, the Art. 9), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In the Order of the Government No. 770 of October 20, 1994. "About approval of the regulations providing functioning of the Law on the state company" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 14, of the Art. 117), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the Resolution:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. To the ministries and other central administrative authorities within 3 months to bring constituent documents and other regulations of the state companies into compliance with the Law on the state company and provisions of this Resolution".

b) exclude Item 3;

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) in items 4 and the 7th words "and trade" to exclude;

b) in Item 6 of the word "number working, indicator of business activity" shall be replaced with words "average number working, sales returns";

c) in Item 11:

in the subitem d) shall be replaced with words the words "annual financial report and profit (losses) of the accounting period" "and the annual financial reporting";

in the subitem е) the words "as necessary results of audit of financial and economic activities" shall be replaced with words "the report of the auditor";

n) makes decisions on carrying out audit of annual financial reports";
