1. Approve:

Approximate Regulations on Administrative board of the state company according to appendix No. 1;

The approximate charter of the state company according to appendix No. 2;

The standard agreement between the founder and the managing director of the state company according to appendix No. 3.

2. To the ministries and other central administrative authorities within 3 months to bring constituent documents and other regulations of the state companies into compliance with the Law on the state company and provisions of this Resolution.

3. No. 820 is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 13.11.2015
