About reforming of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice and development of system of provision of free legal assistance
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Liquidate as legal entities of the public law territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice according to the list according to appendix.
2. Agree with offers of the Ministry of Justice in the relation:
inclusions of departments of the public executive service and departments of state registration of acts of civil status district, district in the cities, city (the cities of regional value), interdistrict justice departments in structure of the relevant head territorial administrations of justice and formation of bureau of legal assistance in structure of the local centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance;
assignment of execution of functions on state registration of public associations, their separate divisions, the public associations which do not have the status of the legal entity, local and primary labor unions, their organizations and associations, structural formations of political parties, the regional (local) creative unions, territorial cells of the All-Ukrainian creative unions, the local organizations of employers and their associations for confirmation of the All-Ukrainian status of public association on the relevant head territorial administrations.
